    Twilo Creative is a growing digital agency specialising in websites, web apps, mobile applications, digital marketing and creative design. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Part-Time Administrator to support the smooth running of our office and day-to-day operations.

    This is a hands-on role that keeps the business running efficiently, allowing our creative and technical teams to focus on delivering high-quality work for our clients. The position is based in our Leeds office one day per week (or two half days) with scope for flexibility.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process payroll accurately and on time.
    • Raise, send, and chase invoices.
    • Keep project and finance system up-to-date.
    • Send receipts, statements, and other financial documents to our accountant.
    • Manage company calendar.
    • Attend meetings and send minutes promptly.
    • Order and manage employee vouchers and perks.
    • Ensure office phones and equipment are in working order.
    • Ensure supplies are fully stocked.
    • Ensure day-to-day office processes are followed efficiently.
    • Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

    Skills & Attributes

    • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
    • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Comfortable using office software and basic accounting systems.
    • Friendly and approachable, with a professional attitude.

    Hours & Location

    • Part-time: Flexible, 1-2 days per week to suit.
    • Based in our Leeds office.

    Summary

    This is a key support role in an established digital agency. The Part-Time Administrator will help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, payroll, and office processes, allowing the team to focus on delivering exceptional work for our clients.

    Salary
