    Twilo Creative is an established, multi-award-winning digital agency specialising in websites, web apps, mobile applications, digital marketing and creative design. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive new client growth.

    We are looking for a smart, presentable, and highly respected professional who can build and manage their own sales pipeline, win new clients, and represent Twilo Creative with authority. You’ll work directly with the business owner and be supported by our technical and creative teams as you require.

    With a competitive salary, commission structure, and a diverse mix of clients, this role is ideally suited to someone with extensive B2B experience and a proven track record of consistently achieving targets.

    Vision & Ambition

    As a Business Development Manager at Twilo, your focus is driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationships. You will identify and secure new clients, representing the agency externally and contributing directly to the business’ expansion.

    Sales & Business Development

    You’ll generate and manage your own pipeline, attracting clients from agreed target markets. Responsibilities include:

    • Bringing qualified leads into the business.
    • Communicating client requirements and sharing information with colleagues.
    • Building trusted relationships with clients to secure long-term contracts.
    • Meeting revenue targets.
    • Representing Twilo Creative at networking events and client meetings, organising and running events and communicating budgets.
    • Recommending and managing a CRM to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

    While you don’t need to know the technical details of design or development, you will be supported by the team to ensure client solutions are delivered seamlessly.

    Key Skills & Attributes

    • Experienced B2B salesperson with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Smart, professional, and highly respected.
    • Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable for results.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Full UK driving licence.
    • Experience in digital/creative agencies is preferred but not essential.

    Compensation & Rewards

    • On target earnings of £54,400–£69,200.
    • Commission: 6% of each new client spend within their first 12 months, with 2% commission of client’s ongoing spend thereafter.
    • OTE includes £10,000 bonus for achieving revenue targets.

    Client Success

    This is a highly client-facing role. You’ll communicate clearly, respond promptly to enquiries, attend meetings professionally, and provide regular updates so clients feel valued and informed.
