MDM Glass operated under two separate brands; MDM Glass & Glazing and MDM Windows & Doors. Both had their own websites, inconsistent messaging, and fragmented portfolios. This disjointed approach confused customers and diluted search performance. Our first challenge was to merge the two brands into a single, unified platform that clearly communicates the company’s full range of glazing and installation services across London and the South East.
We carried out a detailed website audit that uncovered broken links, outdated content and usability issues. Using these insights, we designed a clean, modern website that made navigation effortless. Customers can now browse completed projects by category, see the company’s craftsmanship in full detail, and enquire at any stage through carefully placed call-to-actions.
