Twilo was approached, via a contact form on our website, by a startup looking to launch a ‘one-size-fits-all’ online clothing shop for women. The concept was born from the client’s frustration of online shopping where the choice is spread across a number of websites, making it difficult to purchase a full outfit from a single retailer. Simplicity wanted to solve this problem by offering a wide range of products for a wide variety of women with differing tastes and needs.
Few markets are more saturated than online clothing, especially for women. With a wide choice of online retailers to choose from, the primary challenge was creating a brand that both looks familiar to women’s fashion and also stands out against the many marks of the industry. Twilo achieved this with a minimalist approach and strong corporate imagery to really show off the client’s products.
Twilo effectively manages Simplicity’s online presence, from website maintenance to Pay-Per-Click Advertising and Social Media Management. Working closely with the client inline with a clear roadmap allows us to effectively promote the online store with successful advertising campaigns, increasing relevant website footfall and social media following on a daily basis.
Our Creative Media team look after the client’s photography and video production, managing a weekly photoshoot for new garments and supplying imagery for advertising such as Google display ads and social posts. The media is stored on the cloud to ensure quick and easy access internally and for the client, ensuring everyone involved is on the same page when using seasonal image libraries and managing brand development.
